SELF-MEDITATION. PART ONE.

Here’s the thing.
I was always open up My Karma Cabin and Self-meditation Yurt like once a week.
And I just never got that time anymore. So I open it, just now, and found some inspirational self-meditation therapies for myself. VOILA!

1. Say to a person, “Thank you for playing a part in my life. I wish you peace and happiness in your life.”

2. If you feel like dancing, dance. If you feel like swaying, sway. Let sound control you.

3. Get rid of excuses.

4. Unless you are sinless, do not talk about the sins of others.

And 1-2-3-4, and I’m happy!
